James Fitzpatrick

James grew up in Montgomery County, MD and currently resides in Washington, D.C. He began his real estate career in the mortgage industry prior to becoming a licensed realtor. He combines his mortgage & real estate knowledge with his excellent client care to meet all of his client's real estate needs. He takes great personal pride in his ability to assist both first-time homebuyers/sellers as well as his  more experienced and luxury clients. James is licensed in all three local jurisdictions; Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. 

In his free time, James enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing with friends, volunteering, and catching a baseball game.
